The Tencel Cool Mattress Protector ensures your mattress will remain clean and adds an extra layer of comfort for a good night's sleep.

The luxury fabric features botanic and eco-friendly Tencel fibres, promoting a healthy sleep environment by protecting you from dust mites and other allergens that may lurk in the mattress, as well as maintaining a smooth, dry and static-free climate.

The waterproof mattress pad extends the life of your mattress by blocking accidents, incontinence, perspiration, spills and stains, yet is also air permeable to keep you dry and cool.

    Washing Instructions

    • Wash and tumble dry the protector before using it for the first time
    • Avoid using any bleach, bleach alternatives, non-chlorine bleach or any bleach by-products in the detergent, as this will damage the polyurethane lining
    • Avoid dry cleaning
    • Tumble dry on medium
    • Wash and tumble dry with other linens

      Returns Policy

      You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

      You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
